Refund policy

Purchases are not open yet. The following policy will apply to paid editor downloads when checkout is enabled.

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support with your order reference and an explanation of the issue. We will accept requests within that period; statutory rights are not limited by it. For missing delivery or a defective package, contact us so we can supply the files or arrange a refund. Do not send full card information.

Refunds go through the original payment provider to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the provider and bank; no instant-refund promise is made. The product is a one-time purchase with no subscription to cancel.
